Recurring Weekly Speciality Classes

Dance On Time

This class will help students develop the proper listening skills to apply the right steps to timing exercises. Perfect timing is being able to let go and allow yourself to express your feelings through your movements, instead of trying to keep count of the beats in your head. When you achieve perfect timing, your dancing will appear relaxed and natural. It is important in every type of dance.

Open Level ChaChaCha

The cha-cha-cha, or simply cha-cha in the U.S., is a dance of Cuban origin. It is danced to the music of the same name introduced by Cuban composer and violinist Enrique Jorrin in the early 1950s. This rhythm was developed from the danzón-mambo.

This dance will challenge and make you work on your timing, coordination, and ability to listen closely to music at a slower tempo.
